Brazil Mantiqueira de Minas. Alter Real
This coffee from Brazil is amazingly smooth for a medium to dark roast. We use this coffee in our espresso and in our Overflow Blend.
The pulped natural process is unique to Brazil, while similar to honey process, pulped natural allows for faster drying than traditional natural or honey coffees, while still retaining the smooth, chocolate and peanut butter flavors we know and love from Brazil.
Brazil is by far the largest coffee producing country in the world, with some reports saying it produces up to 40% of the worlds coffee!
Roast: Medium to Dark
Flavor notes: Peanut butter, brown sugar, dark chocolate, cacao nibs, rich earthy notes
