Description

The peaberry is a highly sought after type of coffee. A genetic mutation causes the normally two beans inside a coffee cherry to merge into one, smaller and rounder bean. These coffees are denser and are more traditionally linked to sweeter and more clean cups of coffee. Peaberry only makes up around 5% of the global coffee supply, so give it a try while we have it!
