Origins: Washed Guatemala, Washed Ethiopia, Natural Brazil

Tasting Notes: cocoa, raspberry, molasses, mixed berries, black tea, with a nectar-like velvety finish

Our recipe: 20g in, 40g out at 30-33 seconds.
